Important Note
Please record a video while opening your parcel when you receive your order. This video is required to verify any claim about damaged, missing, or incorrect items; without this video, we may not be able to process a return.
Refund, Cancellation & Order Processing
We try our best to fulfill all orders, but in some cases an order may be cancelled due to limited stock, pricing or product information errors, or fraud prevention checks. If your order (or part of it) is cancelled after payment is captured, the charged amount will be refunded to you.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible by phone or email. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and refund the full amount, minus any transaction or banking charges incurred by us. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the order.
For credit card or net-banking payments, the refund will be credited to the same card or bank account.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be made to your preferred bank account.
Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–6 business days; in some cases, banks may take longer to process the credit.
Returns & Exchanges
If you have any questions about the returns or exchanges process, you can email us. The complete return process usually takes about 6–8 business days from the time we receive the returned product at our warehouse.
We want you to be satisfied with every product you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery under the conditions below.
When Returns Are Accepted
You may return a product if:
The product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
The product is unused and in the same condition as received, with original invoice, original packaging, and all original tags.
The return request is raised within 30 days from the date of delivery.
If we are unable to replace a damaged or defective product, we will refund your order amount.
When Returns Are Not Accepted
Please do not accept delivery if the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered with; if you find damage after opening, contact customer care immediately.
Products that have been used, opened, washed, altered, or tampered with in any way cannot be returned.
Products damaged while being used are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Reverse Pickup & Self‑Ship
Typical reverse pickup time is 3–6 business days from the date of request; in some cases, it may take longer.
As long as your request is raised within the allowed return window, you will receive the entitled refund even if reverse pickup is delayed; we do not pay interest or penalties for such delays.
In some cases, you may be asked to send the product back to us via courier at your own cost; we will reimburse courier charges up to ₹120 after receiving your courier receipt by email.
Please pack the products carefully and retain the courier receipt or proof of delivery (POD).
It is your responsibility to ensure that the product reaches our warehouse safely; we recommend using a reliable courier service. If the package is lost or damaged in transit during return shipping, any compensation must be claimed directly from the courier company.
Processing of Refund After Return
Your refund will be initiated once the returned products reach our warehouse and pass the necessary quality checks.
We aim to make the returns process as quick as possible; however, interest or penalties cannot be claimed for delays due to reverse pickup, transit, or internal processing.
If you ordered multiple products, please place the return request for all items you wish to return together.
Misuse & Abuse Prevention
To protect genuine customers and prevent misuse of our flexible return policy, we reserve the right to:
Charge a shipping fee of ₹99 on orders from accounts with unusually high return rates, and/or
Disable the Cash on Delivery (COD) option for such accounts.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact our customer care within 30 calendar days of receiving the product to request a return or exchange.
We will arrange for the products to be collected by courier from your delivery address, subject to the products being unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
At the time of pickup, you will receive a courier airway bill (tracking number); please keep this for your records and share the number with our customer care team.
If the products are not received in unused condition or without original packaging and invoice, a return or exchange may not be possible.
Order Cancellation (Customer‑Initiated)
If you wish to cancel an order, please inform us immediately by phone or email. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm the cancellation via email and SMS to your registered contact details. Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped; once processed or shipped, they cannot be cancelled.
