Shipping Policy
Delivery Locations
We deliver to any valid postal address within India (except P.O. Boxes). Please provide a complete street address with the correct postal PIN code.
Shipments are dispatched during standard courier business hours. Note: We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays, as our logistics partners do not pick up packages on those days.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately for safety and efficiency. This means you might receive more than one package on different days.
Insurance and Transit Responsibility
All shipments are fully insured at no extra charge. If a package is lost in transit before reaching you, we will cover the loss and resend your order at no additional cost.
Once a package has been delivered to the address you provided, we cannot be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs thereafter.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
When your order is shipped, we will send you an email with shipment details. This email will include your tracking number, the courier company’s name, and an estimated delivery date.
Allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to become active on the courier’s website. If tracking information is still unavailable after this period, please contact us using the details below.
Address Changes
Orders cannot be altered after placement. However, if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we will do our best to accommodate an address change request.
Multiple Addresses in a Single Order
Our checkout does not support shipping items to multiple addresses from one order. To send items to different locations, please place separate orders for each address.
Address Accuracy and Fees
Please double-check that your shipping address and PIN code are correct and match. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, courier companies may charge a correction fee, which will be your responsibility.
If an order has to be re-shipped due to an incorrect address, any additional shipping costs must be borne by you.
Packaging Method
Each product is individually wrapped in a protective polybag and bubble wrap, then packed in a sturdy corrugated box.
Orders are shipped via priority air or surface courier services and are typically delivered within 5–7 working days after dispatch.
Processing Time
Every product page shows an estimated “time to ship”, which is the expected number of days before we dispatch your order. These times are approximate and can vary based on item availability and other factors.
For a more precise estimate, you can email us with the product code. Generally, we process orders within 48–72 hours of placement. Under normal circumstances, you can expect to receive your order within 7–9 business days of ordering.
Shipping Delays
If an item is out of stock or a delay is expected, we will notify you by email. We may ship available items first and send the rest later, or partially refund any unfulfilled items if we cannot fulfill them in a reasonable time.
Please note that if delays are caused by events beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, extreme weather), we cannot offer refunds for the delayed portion. In such cases, we may offer store credit on a case-by-case basis.
Billing vs. Shipping Address
Your billing address is the address registered with your payment method (for example, your credit card’s billing address).
If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD) as your payment method, a billing address is not required.
The shipping address is the location where you want the order delivered.
Lost Shipments
If we determine an order was lost in transit, we wait 15 days and then resend the order at no additional cost to you.
